Ontology of Justice in Transcendent Political Philosophy

Abstract

Given the remarkable importance of ontological principles in the delineation of philosophical systems and scientific theories, this article aims to present a systematic effort to establish a theory of justice based on Transcendent Philosophy by analyzing the ontological principles in the Transcendent Political Philosophy. On this basis, and with the emphasize of text interpretation and the method of examining the introduction of prominent philosophers of Transcendent Political Philosophy from Sadr al-Mutala'i to contemporary philosophers of this school, the ontological foundations of great political philosophy are constructed and organized, and their relationship to justice issues is made visible. What has been emphasized with the five important foundations of "reasonable social system", "objective social system", "dynamic human society", "human society with choice" and "the need of society for justice" these foundations for organizing the concept of justice.
