Abstract | ||
مدلهای فرآیندی بیشتر مبتنی بر رویکردهای کیفی و ذهنی، توسعه مییابند. هدف این مقاله، نشان دادنِ چگونگی طراحی مدل فرآیندی تجویزی با روشی ترکیبی شامل تکنیک مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری و اقدامپژوهی است. مدل فرآیندی این مقاله درباره راهبرد پابرجا است. راهبرد پابرجا، نوع خاصی از راهبرد است که در برابر حالات مختلف محیطی همچنان دوامپذیر و مقبول است. درباره تدوین راهبرد پابرجا، فنون متعددی بیان شده است. با وجود فنونِ متعددِ مرتبط با راهبرد پابرجا، مدل فرآیندی جامعی که بتواند به صورت گامبهگام، مراحل دستیابی به راهبرد پابرجا را تعیین کند وجود ندارد؛ لذا مسئله اصلی عبارت است از طراحی مدل فرآیندی جامع، کاربردی و گامبهگامی برای تدوین راهبرد پابرجا که بتوان با آن، راهبردهایی طراحی کرد که در شرایط متغیر محیطی، همچنان معنادار، مقبول و ماندنی باشد. برای پاسخگویی به مسئله تحقیق، ابتدا فنون مختلف کاربردی شناخته شد. سپس این فنون با تکنیکی کمّی و ریاضی به نام مدلسازی ساختاری تفسیری، با هم ترکیب شد. نتیجه مدلسازی اولیه، ورودی فرآیند اقدامپژوهی شد و این مدل در سازمانی به صورت عملی به کار بسته شد و فازهای اقدام، رصد و بازتاب، انجام شد. سپس، مطلوبیت مدل با تکنیک گروه توافق جمعبندی شد. نتیجه پژوهش، عبارت است از مدل فرآیندی راهبرد پابرجا که یافتههای مراحل رصد، بازتاب فردی و بازتاب جمعی، آن را تأیید میکند. | ||
